Project: EU Gender Country Profile for Thailand

Donor: European Union  

Position: Senior Gender Expert

Years: Since 2025

Location: Thailand 

Activities: In the scope of the EU-funded “EU-Thailand Cooperation Facility”, leading the production of the EU Gender Country Profile for Thailand, including: (i) conducting stakeholder engagement; (ii) drafting the Gender Country Profile for Thailand; (iii) assessing priority gender needs to support future planning and programming in the area.

Project: Gender-Smart Climate Diagnostic 

Donor: International Finance Corporation 

Position: Team Leader

Years: Since 2025

Location: Bangladesh 

Sectors: Climate change, energy transition   

Activities: Leading the production of the International Finance Corporation-funded study “Gender-Smart Climate Diagnostic” in Bangladesh, assessing status of and opportunities for gender equality, women’s empowerment and women’s entrepreneurship in private sector-led climate action in four green sectors, to drive innovation and inclusive growth.

Project: Activating Learning Energy Efficiency Networks in ASEAN 

Donor: GIZ

Position: Stakeholder Engagement and Communications Expert

Years: Since 2025

Location: ASEAN 

Sectors: Energy efficiency, cleaner production, regional integration  

Activities: Mapping and engaging potential stakeholders for designing and launching pilot networks; designing and producing toolkit materials, (incl. brochures, presentations, and digital content); developing and implementing strategies to bridge dissemination between stakeholders and beneficiaries; organizing regional training and dissemination workshops. 

Project: Just Energy Transition Partnership 

Donor: Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office 

Position: Gender and Social Inclusion Adviser  

Years: Since 2025

Location: Senegal 

Sectors: Energy transition, renewable energy, electrification, clean cooking   

Activities: On behalf of the FCDO “Green Cities and Infrastructure Programme”, in the scope of the International Partnership Group-supported Just Energy Transition Partnership (JETP) with the government of Senegal, ensuring that the design of the M&E system effectively assesses the impact and effectiveness of the JETP “Just” principles – developing indicators, designing pilot projects, collecting data and presenting strategies. 

Project: Sustainable Energy Connectivity in Central Asia 

Donor: European Union 

Position: Gender Specialist  

Years: Since 2023 

Location: Central Asia 

Sectors: Renewable energy  

Activities: Based on gender-related international conventions, regional initiatives and European best practices and the European Gender Action Plan and Strategy, mainstreaming gender and coordinating the GESI work package for the EU-funded SECCA project that supports sustainable energy connectivity in Central Asia (Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan): led the production of 5 national gender analysis and produced one regional gender assessment. ​​
